In May of 2019, the meteorologist Sullivan became a member of the CNYCentral Weather Authority team. After she had finished her academic obligations. She did a variety of internships in the field of meteorology prior to beginning her work at CBS 5 (WTVH). She interned at WSB in Atlanta, WESH in Orlando, and the Georgia Emergency Management Agency.

Matott, a graduate of Liverpool High School and SUNY Oswego, had been working as a meteorologist at CNY Central for the past four years. She had previously announced that she would be leaving the television broadcasting business to pursue a job as a teacher. Sullivan took over for Matott in her role. Michael Brookins, the meteorologist for CNY Central, replaced Matott on the CBS5 morning and noon programs.
According to the Syracuse Press Club, additional lineup modifications were implemented at CNY Central in May 2019, prior to the entrance of a new meteorologist named Sullivan. Frankie Jupiter replaced Jeremy Miller as the morning anchor for NBC 3 (WSTM) in Central New York. She became a co-anchor on “NBC 3 Today in Central New York,”. There she worked with Lisa Spitz and Peter Hall, the meteorologist. Before joining WDBJ in Roanoke, Virginia, Jupiter was a reporter and anchor for FOX 19 (WXIX) in Cincinnati. Prior to that, he worked in Cincinnati.
