Spencer Davidson is a well-known sports director, anchor, and reporter in the United States. He currently works for WKTV NewsChannel 2 in Utica, New York, where he is the sports director and anchors weeknights at 6 pm and 11 pm, in addition to hosting Sports Express on Friday evenings. In August 2013, he became a member of the staff.
Davidson received his high school diploma from New Hartford High in the year 2009. In addition, he participated in the sport of lacrosse and was a member of the ice hockey team that won the state championship in 2008-2009 for the Spartans. After that, in 2009, he enrolled at Hofstra University in Long Island, from which he emerged four years later with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Broadcast Journalism and a minor in Political Science.

During his time there, Spencer conducted interviews with some of the best players in the league as well as players from within the Islanders’ locker room. These interviews were aired on WRHU during broadcasts of Islander’s games. Interviews with Spencer were broadcast on 98.7FM ESPN Radio New York and WFAN 660AM during the 2013 Stanley Cup Playoffs between the New York Rangers and the Pittsburgh Penguins. These broadcasts were simultaneously broadcast. Davidson is a lifelong supporter of the New York Yankees, as well as the New York Knicks, New York Jets, and his hometown team, the Utica Comets.
