Robin began her career in journalism by working for local stations in the same state, Ohio, where she currently resides. Her career in journalism began at WMFD-TV in Mansfield, Ohio, where she worked as a reporter. After that, she held reporting and anchoring positions at two television stations in Ohio: WCMH-TV in Columbus and WJW-TV in Cleveland.
