I had to rely on reading the mists since back then there wasn’t much technology available, so I could only do that. When Rick was only 14 years old, he began his career as a public servant by providing precipitation totals to a nearby Kansas radio program.
Rick began keeping a daily journal of the weather conditions for the Hesper people group in Kansas when he was 14 years old and continued doing so until he was 21 years old.

Rick has tracked a variety of storms and recorded a few cyclones, nonetheless, coming surprisingly close to being in the path of one damaging twister.
