“In the past, I worked in radio, and I found that I was missing it. A significant number of the times in the past, I had the impression that it was about… not my agenda, but there was a little bit more ego involved than there should have been. I went through everything, and then I turned on the television, and I thought to myself, “Man! This ain’t about me!” I had a lot of role models, and all of them told me, “Yo! We hope to be of assistance to the local community. We are here to be a part of the community and to ask you the questions that you have always wanted the answers to.
“We’re not here to mail it in! I know a lot of folks here, and they just mail it in.” We’re here to actually touch the community, and we’ll be out in Philadelphia, Norristown, and South Jersey – We’re here to be a part of the community. I could not be more thrilled!
