After gaining experience at WJHG NewsChannel 7, Jordan moved to Fort Myers and secured a position with the ABC Affiliate WZVN there. In the years that followed, he continued to refine his skills as a Florida weather forecaster while also tracking a variety of powerful Atlantic storms, such as Dorian and Michael. During his time there, he was successful in obtaining the American Meteorological Society’s certified broadcast meteorology seal. After that, Jordan made his way back to his old station, Local 10, to continue his forecasting for his hometown of Miami.
