In Fresno, California, he was presented with an Emmy Award for his coverage of a terrible freeze that wiped out the citrus harvests in Central California. In addition, Jason was employed in Los Angeles, where he won the fourth Emmy Award of his career for the team’s coverage of the devastating death of Michael Jackson.
In the beginning of Jason’s professional career, he worked as a reporter for WTVG in Toledo, Ohio.
