In addition to that, she is a reporter for KIIS-FM. Chan became a member of the KTLA family in March 2018 and serves as the traffic and news reporter from the helicopter Sky5. She does this every weekday morning from four in the morning until ten in the morning, and she assists commuters in avoiding collisions as well as construction projects.

Chan spent both her mornings and afternoons riding over the skies of Southern California flying in a Cessna 172 covering traffic for shows on KLAC-AM, and working with Fred Roggin, T.J.
