Formerly a journalist and editor for Breitbart News, Loesch also served as the host of Dana on TheBlaze TV, a program that had its first broadcast in 2014 and continued until 2017. She identified as a Democrat and volunteered her time to assist in Bill Clinton’s reelection campaign throughout her time there. After she graduated from Webster University, she began contributing to St. Louis Magazine, where she wrote investigative news articles, and she also launched her website, “Mamalogues.” Between the years 2006 and 2008, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch published the website as a weekly online column, for which it was awarded the title of “Best Newspaper Columnist St. Louis” by the Loesch Riverfront Times in 2007.
In 2008, Dana began serving as the host of her own radio show. The Dana Show: The Conservative Alternative is a nationally syndicated, daily program that originated on Radio America’s flagship station KFTK-FM in St. Louis, and is now broadcast across the country.
In July of 2008, the St. Louis Business Journal recognized Loesch as one of the Top 30 Under 30 in the region. After that, the Nielsen Ratings named her one of the Top 50 Most Powerful Mom Bloggers. She has since continued her blogging career. Big Journalism is a conservative website that was founded by Andrew Breitbart. In October 2010, Dana was selected to serve as the website’s editor-in-chief.

The timer starts ticking right now.” In a later statement, Loesch clarified that the video was never meant to be interpreted as an invitation to shoot anyone.
In September 2018, Loesch asserted that the police officer’s decision to shoot Philando Castile was appropriate. In June 2019, the NRA severed its relationship with Ackerman McQueen, the advertising agency that was in charge of producing NRATV. She was eventually let go from her position as a paid spokesman for the NRA.
