After that, he relocated to Victoria, Texas, where he worked as a co-anchor on KAVU-TV’s morning show and as a meteorologist for the station’s forecast. Cris kept himself busy by working as a meteorologist at the end of the week for two different television stations: KENS 5 in San Antonio and KIAH in Houston.
In the end, Cris made the decision to head straight for Central Florida, where he worked as a morning meteorologist and traffic anchor at WOFL-TV in Orlando. In this role, he made a beeline for the area. Before beginning work at WPBF 25, Cris worked as a Severe Weather Meteorologist in Atlanta at WGCL. While there, he was awarded the Associated Press grant for Best Weather Reporting for his coverage of Hurricane Isaac. Before joining WPBF 25, Cris was at WGCL.
